Return & Exchanges
Due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
Exchanges are only available for damaged items or errors made on our behalf. To request an exchange, please email contact@yndyahair.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase. Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. A confirmation with tracking details will be sent once the replacement item has shipped.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted.
